Tuesday, June 4-To transport delegates around before conference officially begins.
Thursday, June 11-Shopping trip
Sunday, June 28, drivers for worship services (for leftover delegates)
Breakfast (Serve or provide breakfast for GPA delegates)

Administrative Volunteers June 2-30
Help is needed answering phones and other office projects
at the RREACH office during GPA. (1-2 people)
Gift Wrapping: We need one or two volunteers to wrap GPA gifts the week of May 18th.
Assemble letters and make calls to:
1. Invite others to Global Impact Lunches: June 1 (2 people)
2. Thank guests and follow up after the banquet June 29 & 30
Graduation Banquet
Banquet (Saturday, June 27, 2009)
This banquet is the graduation event for all the GPA delegates and culmination of the 3 week conference. Located at the Adolphus Hotel in downtown Dallas.
Pre-Banquet Administrative Help for June 25 and 26 from 9:00 pm-5:00 pm
Two volunteers to help with assembling materials for the Banquet.
(Name tags, programs, etc.)
Banquet Greeters for June 27, 2009 from 6:00- 7:15pm
Four pleasant, welcoming people to greet guests at the
door and direct them to their tables.
Banquet Administrative help June 27, 2009 from 5:00- 7:15 pm.
Up to four volunteers needed to assist staff at the registration table.
Post Banquet Team June 27, 2009 9:00-10:00 pm
Up to four volunteers needed to assist staff in post banquet clean up.
Gift Hospitality/Toiletry Kits for Pastors
Assemble Hospitality bags/packets for arriving pastors (for 3 weeks) that includes:
mouthwash, toothpaste/toothbrush, comb/brush, tissues,
soap/shampoo and laundry soap, etc...
