To fortify the future health of Christ’s Church in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Eastern
Europe by strengthening and connecting the ministry of their young pastoral leaders.
Aren’t there many Leadership Institutes?
The Global Proclamation Academy is not a leadership institute. Those selected to attend
are already recognized as leaders of the Church in their own country. The GPA curriculum
is deeper than leadership by emphasizing the core and ongoing ministry needs of pastors.
What’s Happening?
Strengthening: The finest young pastoral leaders (age limit 35) from Asia, Africa, Latin
America and Eastern Europe will be brought to a once-in-a-life time, ministry-defining
experience with the finest master-coaches available to explore biblical spirituality, theological
discernment, and effective preaching.
Connecting: An intentional program—before, during, and after the sessions—connects these influential young pastors where the explosive growth of the Church needs their effective and sustained ministry.
No more than one leader will come each year from any single country. Participants will attend by invitation only— nominated by trusted referees—local Churches, missions organizations, and denominational leaders—in their countries.
