Teddy Jones is known as the "Ghetto Preacher" due to his involved with the community of Grants Pen in Jamaica. A community that is plagued with all the ills of such a setting: gangs, guns, high juvenile delinquency rates, drug abuse, crime and violence. Most of his daytime hours are spend building relationships, especially with the men, establishing skills training facilities, providing psychological, spiritual and career counseling. He is also the pastor Shalom Missionary Church. With the help of God, this church currently has the fastest rate of growth in their denomination. In addition to leading the flock of Shalom Missionary Church, he does evangelistic crusades, camp speaking, teach workshops, seminars and also does part time lecturing at the Jamaica Theological Seminary. He has a special calling to reach men. Through the testimonies of his mentors, his colleagues, congregation and the audiences that he have served indicate that he is gifted in preaching, teaching, counseling, spiritual warfare and evangelism. His preaching and teaching has been very powerful and resulted in several changed lives over the years. His intercession skills have brought healings and other deliverances for a number of persons.
Alexandr Karyakov is a preacher (and deacon) of central Baptist Church of Almaty, a teacher on the staff of Almaty Bible Institute and leader of small group/The First Baptist Church of Almaty/Evangelical Christian Baptist in Kazakhstan. Daniel Fodorean is the pastor of Golgotha Baptist Church and the President of the Constanta Baptist Association in Romania. Based on his spiritual gifts and personality God used him as an entrepreneur of the ministry in this area. He started a church planting movement and the results are 53 new churches in the area. New ministries were started in this area: Radio Broadcast, Ministry with sealers, Student Ministry, Antioch Leadership Development Center. Also, his church benefits from his ministry with a spiritual direction and teaching which transform the church from a very legalistic church with conflicts between different families into a relevant church for unbelievers. In the last five-six years, 55 new members were added to our church (I an area with very strong Orthodox Church this is a very good number). Our church planted four other new churches. God has used me in the training and mentoring other leaders from my area, at the national level and neighborhood countries. Through Antioch Center he has trained around 30 leaders and 25 potential leaders.

The Church is fully operating under native pastoral and administrative staff since 1999 (American missionaries planted our church in 1992). We are self supported and self govern church. We are small group church, with a strong emphasis on the discipleship. We planted 4 churches from our church and now we are supporting 3 of them. This is a very rare thing in our entire country. We regularly visit them in order to disciple, help and encourage. I was involved in 3 of the church plants.
